Logging in to make payment is entirely possible.

You can log in using your registered email address here:

https://my.netnerd.com/login

If you receive a "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again." either the wrong email address or the wrong password is being entered.

You can reset your password here by entering your registered email address, then clicking submit:

https://my.netnerd.com/password/reset

A link will then be sent to your registered email address that allows you to set a new email address.

After logging in payment can be made by clicking on:

Billing > My invoices > Click on the outstanding invoice > Pay now > Complete the payment process.

 

If you don't know what your registered email address is, you'll need to ask us. When you do this we have to locate your account to be able to assist. To do this we'd need to know any of the following:

  • Your domain
  • The address of your website
  • A historical invoice number
