When you sign up with us, you create an account (that's what the form asking for your name, email address, postal address, telephone number and password is does). All invoices are directed to the account owner (as per the details used when signing up).
Due to the above, if you receive an invoice and you've retired or aren't anything to do with the services being invoiced (or equivalent), and you'd like invoices to be directed to another party you have 2 options:
1) If your account holds multiple domains and hosting accounts and you'd like invoices for only one of these to be directed to someone else you'd need to:
- Ask the person you'd like to receive the invoices to sign up here: https://my.netnerd.com/register.php
- Let us know the email address the person used to sign up using the link above, and ask us to move the domain and hosting to their account
2) If your account only contains one domain and / or hosting account and you'd like respective invoices directed to someone else, you can put the whole account (and therefore all services contained within) in to their ownership by:
- Logging in here: https://my.netnerd.com/register.php
- Clicking on "Hello, "your name" (toward the top right hand corner) > My details
- Enter the details of the party you'd like to receive invoices (for everything held in your account) > Save
