You can use the spam filters option within your hosting account to tighten up spam filtering:
Spam filters > Show additional configurations > Configure Auto delete settings > Decrease the Auto-Delete Threshold Score

It's best not to set the Auto-Delete Threshold Score too low otherwise you run the risk of legitimate email being classed as spam and consequently deleted.

There's also a global email filters option in your hosting account which can be used to automatically discard spam with specific content. If, for example you're receive a lot of spam about rolex watches, that mentions the word rolex in the body of the email, you could potentially create a filtering rule along these lines:
body
contains
rolex
Action: discard message

With the example given above, if someone did send you a legitimate email with the word rolex in it, it would be discarded, even though the email is legitimate.

We also offer an incoming spam filtering service as a chargeable add on (£19.99 plus VAT per year per domain). If you wanted to order this service you can do so via your client account ( https://my.netnerd.com/clientarea.php ) by clicking on:
Services > Order new services > Email services > Buy > Order now > Ensure that your domain is entered in the "Choose existing domain" field > Checkout > Complete the checkout / payment process
