You can whitelist an email address sending you email using the "spam filters" section of your cPanel:
Spam filters > Show additional configurations > Edit spam whitelist settings > Enter the email address in the "whitelist_from" section > Update whitelist (button)
You can also whitelist an entire domain that's sending you email using the "spam filters" section of your cPanel:
Spam filters > Show additional configurations > Edit spam whitelist settings > Enter *@domain.com (replacing domain.com with the domain sending you emails) "whitelist_from" section > Update whitelist (button)
