This depends a lot on how you access your emails.
When using webmail:
Highlight an email, or a selection of emails, then click the delete icon (it looks like a bin).
This will MOVE emails to the deleted items folder, so to permanently delete emails, in addition you'll need to navigate to the deleted items folder, highlight an email, or a selection of emails, then click the delete icon (it looks like a bin).
Please be aware that when using webmail free space is required to carry out the deletion of emails.
When using an IMAP configured mail client:
Highlight an email, or a selection of emails, then click the delete icon (it looks like a bin).

When using an POP3 configured mail client:
If you delete an email from a POP3 configured mail client, this deletes the email only from the respective device not from the mailbox held with us. This is because POP3 is only a collection method which downloads or copies emails to your computer/device. To delete emails from the mailbox held with us, you'd either need to use webmail, or configure a device to access your emails using IMAP, then make the deletion as per the above.
