You can change the PHP version of your domain from the cPanel interface by following the steps given below :
Log in to cPanel >> MultiPHP Manager >> Select checkbox corresponding to the domain you wish to change the PHP version, and specify which version of PHP you need (you can select the version from the drop-down list "PHP Version" >> Apply
