Error : IP address has changed while accessing cPanel/Webmail

There are three possibilities why you would receive the error message “IP address has changed” from cPanel.

1) Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has a short DHCP lease time, causing your IP address to be renewed/released and reassigned while you are logged into cPanel.

2) You are attempting to login into cPanel using the same account from two different devices concurrently.

3) Cookies are disabled in your browser

Solutions:

1. Ensure that cPanel is not being accessed from multiple devices. If yes, close connections from all devices.

2. Reopen cPanel in one device after clearing the browser cache.

3. Enable cookies in your browser
