How do I create a MySQL user? Print

Login to cPanel.
Locate and click on the "MySQL Databases" icon in the "Databases" category:
Locate the "Add User" heading on the next page, entering the desired username (try and keep it to 8 characters):
Click Password Generator, copy the password it offers you, then click Use Password to fill in the password fields with it, then click Create User
