DDOS

UPDATE: DDOS mitigation was put in place, which brought services back online, and the DDOS has itself now stopped. We're aiming to have a more comprehensive DDOS protection in place 24/7 within the next couple of days to prevent this ever happening again. The initial problem was made worse because our upstream datacentre provider accidentally disabled an entire IP range containing most customer servers rather than just the one being attacked.

We are currently experiencing a DDOS attack, resulting in some services being offline, we apologies for any inconvenience, please bear with us whilst we work with our datacentre provider to resolve this.
